By accessing or using Aurieli at www.aurieli.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

What Aurieli is

Aurieli is an informational deal-aggregation service. We display discounted clothing deals sourced from third-party retailers to help you discover sale items. We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, hold inventory, process payments, or fulfill orders. All purchases are made directly with the retailer on their own website under their own terms.

Affiliate disclosure

Aurieli participates in affiliate marketing programmes. When you click a “Shop now” link on the Site and subsequently make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect which deals are shown or how deals are ranked — all ranking is based solely on discount percentage. This disclosure is made in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

No purchase guarantee

All deals displayed on Aurieli are sourced from third-party retailers and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. We make no guarantee that any deal, price, discount, or product availability displayed on the Site will be accurate, current, or available at the time you visit the retailer's website. Prices and availability are determined solely by the retailer. Aurieli is not responsible for any discrepancies between prices shown on the Site and prices shown on the retailer's website at the time of purchase.

Deals subject to change

Deal information — including price, availability, discount percentage, and product details — is refreshed daily but may not reflect real-time changes made by retailers. A deal shown as available on Aurieli may be sold out, expired, or modified by the time you visit the retailer. Size alerts are provided as a courtesy notification service and do not constitute a reservation or guarantee of product availability. Aurieli is not liable for any missed purchases, price changes, or product unavailability.

User accounts

You may create a free account to access features including Favourites and Size Alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive activity.

Intellectual property

The Aurieli name, logo, design, and original written content on the Site are the property of Aurieli LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images, names, and descriptions displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective retailers and are used solely for deal-aggregation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurieli LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
